Zoom has recently launched the Learning Center, a free online platform to educate customers on how to use Zoom’s products. With engaging content for new and experienced Zoom users and both live and on-demand courses as short as five minutes, there is something for everyone. We recommend that you sign in to the Learning Center with your Zoom account and start with taking courses on Meetings and Phone so that you can work and collaborate more effectively on Zoom.
We've also created a Zoom Phone reference document to guide you through regular tasks like setting a voicemail greeting and transferring calls.
